So nice..

Last Thursday we went out for our first sungkai at Icebar. When we got there it was not crowded (6pm) but it was already fully booked!

We waited for both sungkai to start as well as MsRacer. Guess which one came first... LOL...

So we tucked into our meal. I had the miso base but I still prefer the kimchi. I shared with ButterflyAngel and it was quite filling. We had grand ideas of ordering extra side dishes but then Chocoballs wanted to try out Bakerlyn so we had to save our 'perut'.

Chatted about issues and reminded ourselves that friendships are important. I rank 'good friends' as second to 'family' The other stuff will be below these two. Also we found out MsK's honeymoon destination has changed. Wah... good to ask her to kirim from the land of many sakuras... hehe...

Anyhow, as this place did not have the flakes, we headed off to Bakerlyn. MsRacer and I followed Chocoballs but MsK and ButterflyAngel had to drive themselves there.

We arrived there, ordered our cakes and found out that they were closing in 10 minutes. We decided to stay on a bit and it was cosy because it was only us. We tried 5 different cakes and I would say that the "Selfridges Cheesecake' is DIVINE.... Must try that again. Good for strawberry lovers!

We ended the night relatively early and I was home by 930. It was straight to FB then... LOL...

Ah.. I am glad for my chingus. They are always there whenever I need an ear, a hand or other body parts. ^_^

I still need to add him to my chingu list though.... PS... ButterflyAngel... just msg me when you feel like having pasta or sushi... hehe..
