What a match!
Time to huddle...
Official balls (dare I say that :P)
Blankson - needed to be subbed out!! Didn't understand why he was kept in cos it was just not his day. Kept missing and losing the ball.
The fella behind him is Park Kyu Hyun - who reminds me of the brother from 'Stairways to Heaven'
This guy is amazing - He is Park Ji Hyun.
Born 5.3.1979 so he is my dongseng. LOL... 183 cm tall! Wow.... about 30 cm taller than me. Poor Cho Sang Hyun was knocked and I think he hurt his back. Thank goodness they have a rest day tomorrow. I hope he is better by Thursday. Sang Hyun oppa ~ hwaiting!!
LG lost in the end by 9 points. (66 - 75) . Not so bad, I am hoping the point margin works in their favour. On a side note, some of the spectators are real hecklers ~ really low class people. I got cheesed off cos a player was injured but they thought it was funny to joke about that. And these words were coming out of female mouths. Even the men were not so rude. Ladies ~ please remember to show some class even though you are at a basketball match. At least we don't boo your team when they do badly. Sheesh ~ these are the same people who leave when they see that their team is losing (lack of loyalty too)
OK... enough of my ranting. I hope that they can do well against Jordan on Thursday. More photos and ranting then.

Here again
Anyhow, went to school today and got lots of comments 'rambut baru' I told them that I do not have 'new hair' It makes me sound as if I am wearing a wig or was bald to begin with.
Tonight, I went for my bb fix. Watched the first match where the poor Jordanian team got crushed to little bits. I felt so sad for them.
The second match were the LG Sakers vs RP Team. As expected, there was a huge Pinoy turnout at this match and Julie, songsaengnim and I had trouble looking for Korean supporters.
To top it off, I knew that the player was throwing the ball towards me but I am too short. The guy behind me caught the ball and almost fell on me. Arghh!! Need to grow taller!
It was a close match in the beginning with whistles being blown every few seconds. (Not kidding) RP had a lot of players hovering at the 4 foul mark at the end of the third quarter and at least one foul out. I think the refereeing was tighter as they were really free with their whistles. It was getting boring with the free throws been given here and there.
In the end, the Koreans perservered and won. I think that the three of us now are considered fixtures at their matches and therefore I must be there for every match. Hopefully, they will remember us screaming like mad for them.
No photos tonight cos I forgot to bring my camera but rest assured, tomorrow night I will be flashing! (Think pure thoughts, guys!)

Brunei Cup!
Managed to score a yummy muffin from Leng! Chocolate muffin.. hmmm...
Tonight I went to watch bb with a few friends. LG Sakers hwaiting! They won but it was a really close call. Nice that they acknowledged us who were screaming our lungs out for them. Later on, they seemed to be looking for us and my songsaengnim went with a few students and got a picture with Cho Sang Hyun... wow.. it't the second time that he's here. Last year, he was here with SK Knights. Hope that they do better this year.
A few photos:
Cho Sang Hyun - married and shy.. [info from a reliable source ;)]
What is that guy doing !!
Final score - Phew!
Next match is on Monday at 9pm. Guess who will be there? hehe

Yo All!
Did my Korean test.. most likely I flunked it... My songsaengnim never said a word about it when we went to watch Rakugo - a Japanese story telling show at UBD. Now that's not good news.
Been busy at school as well, what with the closing of the sports festival tomorrow.
Tomorrow's the closing and now I have to pack a small picnic for the event. Plus tomorrow night is basketball night! Woohoo... LG Sakers! Must remember to shout Daehanminguk!
Update on the results tomorrow.
Now a photo of my two friends with their kids.
